Richmond Family Place Case Study

Richmond Family Place has been supporting families since 1973. They were managing workload using a variety of spreadsheets and documents, along with a great deal of paperwork in filing cabinets.

In a quest to become paperless, Family Place needed a central digital management system for handling all sources of information and documentation, as well as capturing inquiries from their website.

Using Podio, I implemented an extensive collection of workspaces, apps, and forms and trained staff on using the system. Apps included fundraising, funding, staff time off, knowledgebase, surveys, volunteers, and programs. A variety of flows set tasks for staff members when certain actions are taken.
