PictureStart is a media company focused on creating and producing content for film and television. They had begun using Asana but needed to work on a solid layout and process for seamlessly tracking the progression of a piece of content all the way from contracting to post-production. My work with PictureStart involved:

• Designing a portfolio view to provide an overview of all slated productions for the Executive team.
• Implementing progression tracking of each piece of content from the contracting phase to post-production using board view, dependencies, and tagging
• Providing groundwork for a “Hive Mind” wiki
• Providing assistance with company-specific search methods such as identifying writers for a certain genre using a tagging system and advanced search reports.
• Providing a Best Practices and Training project inside Asana.
