An Asana implementation can be as complex as a full project with team discovery, recommendations documentation, implementation, best practices creation, training, and maintenance. Alternatively, it can be as concise as a hands-on 1:1 session with a business leader looking to leverage Asana’s more advanced features.

Initially, I’m often helping to implement features such as project templates, task templates, dependencies, custom fields, search reports, multi-homed tasks, milestones, status updates, and approvals. As everyone embraces Asana we’re able to begin leveraging dashboards, reporting, goals, portfolios, rules, and forms (depending on the Asana plan they’ve selected).

I love working with small teams as it gives me an opportunity to make sure all team members are fully onboarded and comfortable with Asana. I have longer-term contracts with many of my clients where I’m onboarding new team members, encouraging continued adoption, and teaching more advanced features as the organization’s comfort level increases.
