This higher education consulting team had begun to use Asana but were looking for guidance on best practices and templatizing. Sova needed a tool to improve communication and project tracking.
I was able to help them create reusable templates for their client projects, utilize Asana forms, and create projects to manage HR & marketing and knowledge sharing projects.
We also worked together to implement a set of best practices and a set of tags specific to their work.
I worked one on one with several team members to help with onboarding and make Asana work for them rather than the other way around.
The team now has clear visibility and is able to complete projects effectively and efficiently.
