We have collectively been working remotely for around 10 years and in that time have learnt a lot about what works, what doesn’t and what needs to be in place to grow a strong and healthy team.

Peta Williams

In biology my favourite topic was species classification, in chemistry I fell in love with the periodic table, in programming I loved logic flows. For as long as I can remember I’ve loved to organize, structure and make things more usable. This means I love tackling other people’s messes; the bigger and messier the better. I delight in turning chaos into organized systems.

After attaining a masters in Human-Centred Computer Systems, I spent the next 20 years helping small businesses and non-profits grow and run as efficiently as possible in a variety of operations roles including Production Manager, Office Manager, Startup Manager, and Operations Manager.

Now as an Operations Consultant and Asana Services Partner I help small businesses and non-profits look at their processes and data to help them implement systems that can simplify and automate their work.

I’m an Internet and video gaming executive leader with extensive experience in growing technology scale-ups and global corporate management.

In 1996, as COO, I helped grow web pioneer, Bluewave, Ltd., into a global leader with offices in London, San Francisco, New York and Singapore leading to acquisition by Maersk Data (IBM).

Over the following decade, I worked in various senior management positions for Electronic Arts, Microsoft (BigPark), and the Walt Disney Company before joining SaaS industry leader, Unbounce, in 2015, serving as President and COO.

Now as a board and executive advisor, I help a number of tech start-ups and scale-ups with their growth strategies, SaaS metrics, and scale challenges.
