Shoe Bank needed a place to keep track of all the various moving parts of their business – we determined that Podio would allow them to track everything from volunteer and event management, to donation and tax receipt tracking; and from various online forms to tracking incoming and outgoing shoe donations and much more.
With a solid business management platform in place, we helped develop, document and implement a set of processes and guidelines that various team members can follow across all pillars of work, enabling the organization to be self-sufficient.
